OPIS PROJEKTU
Aims
● Equip our participants and volunteers with the communication skills that makes them a better leaders
● Provide a chance for participants and local volunteers to participate in organized public event
(TEDx Ferrol), and present the public speech
● Master verbal and nonverbal communication skills of all participants of the project
● Explore formulas, examples and good tips for public speeches
● Promote an enriching cultural exchange in the region of Ferrolterra
● Combine local activity, which promote the idea of professionalization leaders skills, with international
training course, to give a chance to share the experiences
● Open a practical debate about leaders skills and the process of sharing them with the coworkers
Training Course description
The ability to communicate effectively in life is essential, we all know it, no matter what area we are working in, and no matter what we want to achieve. If we want to be a good leader we need good communication. This crucial skills will help you organize better your everyday work and projects, land promotions, and be a success throughout our career. Would you like to improve your oratorical and leadership skills in creative way ? Would you like to make it more professional ? Who can join?
2 Polish participants (aged 24-35). In terms of participants we are looking for group leaders and youth workers who are interested on the topic, are active within their organisation and are willing to promote the results of the project within their organisation and community. They have to be motivated to learn and participate during the whole project.Take in consideration that sessions are going to be in English, so is required to be able to communicate in this language.
