Program wolontariatu IN THE PALACE ISFF oferuje 50 młodym ludziom z różnych krajów możliwość zdobycia wiedzy o prowadzeniu organizacji oraz uczestniczeniu w Międzynarodowym Festiwalu Filmowym Short oraz równoległych programach i spotkaniach branżowych. Projekt realizowany jest przez organizację Format SFF Foundation. Czas trwania projektu to 4 listopada – 15 grudnia 2015 w mieście, gdzie odbywa się festiwal – Sofia, Bułgaria. Wolontariusze biorą udział w realizacji zadań związanych z promocją imprezy, wykorzystaniem środowiska, mogą zapoznać się z atmosferą festiwalu a także uczestniczyć w zadaniach rozwijających aktywność twórczą w dziedzinie dziennikarstwa, projektowania i fotografii. Wolontariusz powinien posługiwać się językiem angielskim w stopniu komunikatywnym.

Tasks
Volunteers are involved in the implementation of tasks related to the promotion of the event, utilization of the environment and familiarization with the atmosphere and locations of the festival, and also tasks developing creative activity in the fields of journalism, design and photography. Leading goal is to quickly adapt to the environment and the creation of attitude and specific training regarding the upcoming events, analysis and assessment of personal qualities and interests, based on which will be made the distribution in teams. Activities:
– Familiarity with the history, sights and location of the main locations of festival events;
– Organization of events promoting the festival and volunteering
– Working with designers on the implementation of decisions related to adaptation and absorption of the exterior view of the upcoming festival
– Distribution of promotional posters of the event
– Preparation of the main locations of the festival – branding with vinyls
– Administration of the communication channel in the social networks and video sharing platforms, dedicated to the project and the participating volunteers
– Introduction to the film programme – titles participating countries, themes.
